Fixed Prosthesis

The fixed prosthesis is very important for our laboratory, constantly incorporating new technologies, we are aware of how demanding patients are in this type of rehabilitation, and therefore, we seek the best quality together with the best service.

Digital Design and Milling

The BIOSMILE laboratory manufactures any type of fixed prosthesis (dental implants and crowns) with metal structures of milled Zirconium and Cobalt Chrome.

The metallic structures of the metal-ceramic fixed prostheses are designed with a CAD CAM system, since the laboratory is committed to advancing new technologies.

3D stone models or silicone impressions are scanned and the framework is designed using computer software. Thus, in the laboratory we manage to minimize time and guarantee maximum precision in our parts.

Manual Process

The manufacture of porcelain (dental ceramics) is always done manually, in order to personalize each job, because no two patients are the same and they deserve maximum naturalness. We use Japanese Noritake ceramics, for feldspathic veneers, metal-porcelain crowns or zirconium-porcelain crowns.

In addition to a wide range of makeup to give the tooth the most natural look possible, we know how demanding your patients are and we are not going to be less so.

Dental Zirconium

Zirconium has now become the material of choice for many dental technicians and clinicians seeking a combination of strength and aesthetics in their work.

Monolithic milled zirconia crowns and bridges do not require any ceramic veneering and excellent esthetic results can still be achieved in no time.
Even offer excellent coating characteristics.

The specialty of zirconium is undoubtedly that it is a material that is constantly evolving due to its biocompatible properties, its resistance and its high aesthetics. Zirconium manufacturers are investing more and more in R+D+I, offering milling centers different kinds of zirconium.

With this we achieve full volume zirconium structures without ceramics, giving rise to a more aesthetic result while speeding up the process by sending a biscuit or even a direct finish.
